Are You Nuts?!?
Straight to the point..nuts are the great sources of protein, many vitamins, minerals, and fibre.
And you know the importance of proteins.
Almonds: the king of nuts, rich in calcium, fibre, potassium, and magnesium, etc.
Peanuts: rich source of protein and good for improving immunity levels.
Walnuts: improve functioning of the intestines, rich in calcium, iron, vitamins A, B, and C, etc.
Cashew nuts: my personal favorite - rich in iron, improves complexion and boosts immune system.
